Working with one of Melbourne’s major toll road operators to provide their customers with a better online experience.
Back in 2016 EastLink approached Mity Digital to design and build their new public-facing website that was to replace 8 year old, non-mobile friendly website. Now in 2023 we have just launched the new iteration of their website, bring a refreshed design, better performance (thanks Statamic) and a much nicer and flexible authoring experience for their content managers.
Behind the scenes we have refined some of their internal processes where they need to make quick updates to the website, enable and disable their online chat and even put their site in "bypass" when their internal systems are being updated. These can all now be done in 2 or 3 clicks, where the previous site could take up to 10 clicks.
The new site provides an easy to navigate experience and visually integrates nicely with their separate tolling system.
