Better support for our clients

We’re here to help, and your connection with us doesn’t stop the moment your site goes live. There are times you need some help – maybe a reminder of how to do something, or even to log a request for a new feature - and we have been taking steps to make it easier for you to reach out to us.

Our latest addon, Supportamic, for Statamic (see the naming fun?) introduces our new Support widget, which includes:

  • A link to your admin guide

  • Contact support via chat, email or our support website

After we’ve done our training session with you, we provide you with an admin guide – but we get that links can often get lost in your inbox, so have included an easy-to-access guide link directly from within Statamic.

We’ve also made it really easy for you to contact us in a number of ways, depending on what works best for you.

You can Start a Conversation to open up our chat widget – a great option if you have a quick little question, as we’re hoping to get back to you in real-time during business hours. And if we’re not able to reply straight away, we have your details and will reply via email.

If you have a more detailed issue (or want to add more complicated attachments or links), you can Email support which will automatically create a support ticket in our system.

And if you want to explore a bit more, you can Visit our support website which offers some additional tools and links that may help you out.

Our chat widget is now also integrated with the Statamic Control Panel, meaning that you can start a conversation with us wherever you are within Statamic.

Look out for the chat icon in the bottom right corner of your Statamic control panel

We’ve started to deploy Supportamic to our hosted Statamic sites, and will gradually be deployed to all existing Statamic sites over the next month – stay tuned for this update!
